This is personalised online coaching delivered through weekly Zoom sessions, where we explore what is really holding you back from achieving your dream body for your wedding day.
Together we will:

• Create sustainable structure around food
Most importantly, we work through the fears many brides experience — including that moment of worry about turning up to a dress fitting and the dress not fitting the way you hoped.

• Fibre intake (daily and per meal)
• Meal frequency
• Eating windows
