Working with people just like you I will empower you to make the right changes, explain how and why foods work and why they don’t whilst working within my scope of practice and with your primary care team.

There is no one size fits all when it comes to our food so I’ll work closely with you to discover your needs, likes, dislikes and your lifestyle, together we can tailor a diet plan that will work for you.

Diets always imply restriction and for most of us we will think about a diet in relation to weight loss, usually around New Year’s Day. But really it is about listening to your body and making decisions that will improve your nutrition, this is turn will harmonize with your health and your well being, with weight loss an additional benefit.

For some a diet will be a way of life for others it may be a time of life. Each will require modest tweaks in order to support our hormonal, physical or spiritual needs and for this we need to have an understanding of the bountiful food we have around us and discover the value of natural wholesome ingredients.

Somewhere over the past 30 years we’ve kind of lost our way when it comes to what we put on our plates.
