Low Carb & Low Sugar Desserts

You would be forgiven for thinking that when you have a diabetic in the household then desserts would be on the naughty list.

Nope, we find alternatives, using good old fashioned ingredients such as eggs, butter and cream, quite simply the delights that await your palate are numerous.

Instead of sugar or sweeteners I prefer to use local honey as it has far more to offer in the way of nutrients and besides desserts were always meant to be a treat, not an everyday food group.
