Every nation, every continent will have a soup either hot or cold on its daily menu.
Soups can be easy or in the case of their big brother The Stew, they can be time consuming but a above all soups represent a coming together of ingredients, tweaks and changes offer a myriad of alternatives from which to create something unique.
Personally I don’t think I’ve made the same soup twice regardless of whether or not I’ve written down the recipe.
