Each week we explore the powerful relationship between what we eat and how we think — because our food choices influence behaviour, and our mindset influences our food choices.
Throughout the programme we’ll help you cut through the overwhelming misinformation around diets and nutrition, replacing it with practical, sustainable strategies that actually work.
We will also introduce cognitive coaching techniques, helping the unconscious mind feel safe making lasting changes — which is essential for successful, sustainable wedding weight loss.
